I try to stop myself from overthinking and beating myself up over it. There's a million different coping strategies, some healthier than others. Lately, I've been finding good success with meditation & positive affirmations and reminding myself of my good speaking situations. Try to celebrate small victories as well. Also, especially if your stutter is on the severe side, some kind of "speech tool" to manage those blocks in the situations can make a big difference in my opinion. It feels better to be in control of your speech than to be at the mercy of your stutter. You got this!
