NOE-105 aka gemlapodect is a PDE10A inhibitor which aims to modulate dopaminergic hyperactivity in the striatum. It’s not currently available as it’s not approved for anything yet, it’s still investigational currently. It’s being studied for both childhood onset fluency disorder (stuttering), and Tourette’s. In the Orpheus study (gemlapodect for the treatment of COFD), when removing subjects who showed initial placebo response, gemlapodect showed a significant treatment effect compared to placebo.
