I don't specifically meditate with the hope that it will impact my stutter in one way or another. However, sometimes I do let myself think about it while meditating and I've had some good epiphany's about it. I usually start to really understand the simplest concepts while meditating. It's also helped me start to further disseminate what my stutter is neurologically and how much of the 'problem' is my own doing. It's shocking to start to feel tjat it is probably 70-80% me making it all worse/harder for myself.
