When you do hours of research like I do, you realise certain things keep coming up. As I said, the things that helped me were under a different term than "overcoming stuttering". What happened was I began to focus my learning on the power of the mind. Especially the subconscious mind. Eventually learning that we are all in full control of our outcomes. That then lead me to learning different ways to stay relaxed and gain confidence/self worth. Different breathing exercises, reframing situations to look at them from a more positive perspective, developing a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset etc. One of the biggest things that helped me was to disconnect myself from my negative thoughts. To stop anticipating situations and going in with zero expectations. The more present we are (in the current moment) the better we feel. It's so easy for us to view things from a negative lens. But viewing life with no predetermined lens is much healthier for us. We all have the power to change our situation. People will realise that sooner or later.
