Either 1) you live in a really backwards country/city or 2) you're probably not a REAL stutterer like you think you are. Your teacher was probably unapparent that you have a speech impidement. In my school, a person with a legitimate speech impidement was classifed as handicap and no teacher would DARE to make a remark like that on his report card. In the same way a guy in a wheelchair would NEVER get a fail in gym class. It's inhumane.
