I suggest finding something other than fluency shaping or any therapy that focuses on fluency and teaches techniques (it's not the wonder fix it seems). I'd focus on finding ways to reduce the struggle of your stutter, working to make it more tolerable until you ultimately accept it at which point it stops being an issue for you.
