Breathe, don't talk too fast (easier said than done, you're going to be nervous and excited), and keep eye contact. Eye contact can sound intimidating, but sometimes focusing on eye contact and breathing takes your mind off focusing on if you stutter or not. You can do it man. I believe in you.
