I took some advice from Paul Stamets too. I took shrooms 7 years ago when I was 20 years old. I tripped bad during the effect of shrooms but thats because im a person who worries alot as it is. BUT after the shrooms and the year after I felt overall good. No effect on my stutter but i felt pretty damn alright.
