I don't mean to alarm you, but that does not sound healthy. At all. If your only expression of helplessness is to make a loud noise while you're alone, I think you've really isolated yourself. You've gotta start talking to someone instead. Use your words and connect with other people, don't just sit by yourself. Stutter is able to cut us off from others if we let it, but that's something we have to work against.
