I joke about it in client presentations whenever I have to present a longer script or something that requires a lot of reading. If I start getting stuck I'll usually hand it off to a colleague while joking about how the client probably doesn't have all day so it would be faster for someone else to read it out. It usually gets a few laughs and I think it helps people who aren't familiar with stuttering to get comfortable with how to interact with me.
