Anyone here used the apps StopStutter or Stamurai? Do these apps actually help?

Anyone here used the apps StopStutter or Stamurai? Do these apps actually help? I’m currently exploring tools that might help me reduce or manage my stuttering. I recently came across two apps on the App Store called StopStutter and Stamurai and was wondering if anyone here has tried either of them. Do they actually help with fluency or blocking? Are they worth the time and effort? I’d love to hear honest feedback, experiences, or any suggestions on what worked (or didn’t work) for you. Thanks in advance!
