Practice, Practice, practice.......and when you're done.....Practice some more. I've interviewed medical students, residents and doctors who all have a stutter and they continue to work in those fields. Is it challenging? Yes Do they give up? No They have a passion for their field and nothing is standing between them and their career in medicine. Reach out to a speech therapist, online community, join toastmasters, just do your due diligence to seek the assistance that you require. I work for a major medical facility and I travel both locally and nationally as a Trainer/Educator. I facilitate 4 hour PowerPoint trainings to medical professionals all over the country.........with a stutter. Each of us is on a different journey and my journey consists of acceptance and full disclosure (since I can't hide it). I wish you nothing but success 🙌
