You'll definitely meet a lot of people but don't feel nervous. Your first day may be sensory overload from meeting so many stutterers but everyone is so nice. You instantly have a connection with everyone so there's little-to-no awkwardness or judgement. I suggest going to as many workshops during the day and then just hang out at the hotel bar (depending on your age) at night with other stutterers. You will love it. I went to my first one last year but I'm skipping this year, unfortunately. I wish I was going but I'm spending my vacation road tripping to Flagstaff, AZ.
