So many responses to choose from. 1) report it. Document it all. 2) talk to you boss. 3) be upfront about it and direct. Stand your ground. 4) don’t be like me in the 5th grade and conquer the bullies with violence. The 80s were a different time. 5) learn about the legal system in corporate HR department and use it when you leave for your next big job. Always bigger and better.
