If you want her to know that you have a stutter and weren't rude, then you have to let her know, usually by speaking. Being rude because youre a jerk and being rude because you're crippled by the fear of your stutter looks the same to people on the outside. Hiding your stutter I find is a lot more difficult and painful than accepting and just working with it. But anyway, what you do is called Covert stuttering, and a lot of people who stutter do it actually. Typically people's who's disfluencies arent that bad tend to do it the most because "it's just easier" but youre letting it control you, which I would personally have a hard time with. I think if you want to really live a fulfilled life; one without fear or restriction, you're going to need to accept/get comfortable with yourself and your stutter. You might be able to do this while being covert, but it that seems to be the harder way imo.
