Overthinking. Solutions 1. Say no to alcohol and smoking (it will increase anxiety) and stammering. 2. 9 hours of sleep(no exception) 3. Stay happing (laugh more , at least 100 time a day) 4. appreciate People and say thank you to your problems 5. Meditate (30 minute to 1 hours) No exception 6. Never compare yourself with any one (every one have their own journey and their set of problems) 7. Stop being so serious about everything. Stop focusing on Problem , if your focus on stammering , it will increase Focus on solution . Stammering and happiness and opposite to each other. so smile more and be happy
