Has my daughter developed a stutter?

Has my daughter developed a stutter? We have an 11 year old daughter, super smart, very confident etc etc, recently though she has started stuttering at the start of her sentences, almost like she cant get the words out fast enough. Its usually the quick repetition or partial repetition of something like but or and and then she carries on as normal. What should we do to help her?
