I have tried piracetam, when I was super anxious and stressed out when I stuttered, but it didn't work. Also, some anti-anxiety meds would help you with the anxiety (and that leads to more fluency) but it seems like you are not that kind of person. There was some post long time ago about antipsychotics and their possible use as a 'cure' for stuttering. Well, long time ago when I was trying everything to reduce my stuttering, I swallowed one pill containing 10 mg of olanzapine (Zyprexa). The state was very unpleasant and stuttering was the same. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to try these meds though. But it's your live. Best way is to embrace your stutter and be able to make fun of yourself. I still struggle with it from time to time.
