Plenty of my friends in high school had speech/anxiety disorders. One couldn't say the letter "r." One was a stutterer, although not as bad as me. Another had OCD, and would sometimes repeat what he said. I didn't care. I just didn't think twice about it. They were my friends, and I cared about what they said, not how they said it. Find people like that.
