With sounds like M and B, it can help to practice easing into them instead of hitting them with a lot of tension. Try starting with a gentle hum or a soft “mmm” to feel the vibration before moving into the word. Another option is to use a light, stretchy start, almost like you’re giving yourself extra time to “slide” into the sound. Since you’re already noticing big improvements, small tweaks like these often make a difference. I work with clients on stuttering at different stages, including when they’re down to just a few tricky sounds. Here’s a resource if you’d like more support: [Connected Speech Pathology – Stuttering](https://connectedspeechpathology.com/stuttering). I also offer a free phone consultation if you’d like to talk through your goals.
