Well, don't get motivated by "cures" or anything like that. It's not a realistic idea to get attached to. It's a pretty straightforward idea to find a speech therapist, but I don't know if any are available where you are. As for perceptions - don't spend time worrying about that sort of thing. There are so many factors that go into communication and impressions, and stutter is just one of them. Just focus on what you want to say - that's really all you need to do.
