The list iciaguy posted is good. You could also try [This List](http://www.stutteringspecialists.org/search/custom.asp?id=1972) although im not sure it's as comprehensive. I'm happy you ready to commit yourself to therapy, but I would also try out a few therapists before committing. In my experience it's pretty hard to find a therapist who not only gets what you're going through, but really understands your individual stutter/personality and how to go about "treatment". If you aren't sure what to look for in a therapist, Stuttertalk has a good series of episodes called What I wish my SLP knew or something like that.
