MPI-2 treatment cost Hello, I am currently talking to a SLP who believes an MPI-2 course would the the best course of treatment for my adult stuttering. She is quoting a price of $4200 along with a $500 secure deposit and a $499 application fee to the developer. I never had serious speech therapy before as I was able to manage my stuttering as a kid but in the recent years it has become severe. I don’t know what the prices are for therapy and my therapist says this program isn’t covered by insurance. She tells me that the program is validated by science and it’s worth it to pay it. Does the price seem too steep or you believe it’s worth it? I’ve been researching and many online sources are recommending the McGuire program for stuttering as well. Thanks for the help guys.
