I liked it. Usually when I see stuttering on-screen I cringe because it is done either very badly or for pure comedic effect. This was very well done. So well in fact that I had to look up whether or not the actor (Rhenzy Feliz) had a stutter IRL (he doesn't). I feel it was very respectfully portrayed. Mostly because the blocks and the randomness of it was so insanely relatable and the characters stuttering was never made as a plot-point. The show (The Penguin) is amazing by the way, recommended. Rhenzy's performance aside, Colin Farrell and Christin Milotti are both delivering spectactular performances as well.
