Yeah, nothing like being hung up on just as you're about to get the word out. I usually avoid the phone like the plague. However, last week my grandma was in the hospital five hours away from me so I sucked it up and gave her a call. Three transfers, having to say her name and mine three times...not fun. It's encouraged me to practice speaking on the phone more often though.
