Mind control while speaking Hello, so I have a lot of difficulty with presentations coz of my stutter. I think I have tried everything prior to presenting like practicing out loud, practicing in front of a mirror, consistent breathing , etc. But when I go to present I go in flight and fight mode and I feel so stuck and I am pushing out my words without breathing. This is mainly coz I know the words I’m gonna get stuck on so I try avoiding them while presenting and then it just goes around in circles. Any recommendations to avoid fight or flight mode? I do practice fluently and better in group settings but it doesn’t translate during the actual presentation type coz of nerves.
