Not trying to overdo it, but I'm thinking of other things to add or try, whether it's b1 ( research that b1 and magnesium study) and/or things like hypnosis ( so often I forget I stutter), or meditation etc. > >It's been 4 weeks and a few days with no decline, still the improvements.. It's this coming weekend where I'll have the biggest test as I'm spending the weekend with someone where my stutter has been absolutely horrible and someone new.. So we'll see! Still have a lot of hope for sure!
