Hi there! McGuire member here also, for 1 and a bit years. Have attended 5 intensive courses so far, and it's changed my life. I have a bit of advice for you on the rest of your journey: * If you're speech is going well, don't stop working on it. This is a problem many people encounter, they feel great, don't work, and it all falls back down again, don't let that happen. * Keep in contact with coaches, don't stop calling them. * Attend your refresher course, if you haven't already ASAP. The refresher course was where I learned the most, and where I solidified my technique and use of weapons. I gained a greater understanding of it all. * Keep doing contacts, on the street and on the phone whenever you can, the first 6 months are the most important! * Don't skip breathing in the morning, keep up the 20 mins, don't stop.
