Sadly for us stutterers, the only solution to that is to get used to it and not let it bother him. Luckily though, people his age have a great chance of growing out of it! Also, you might not be able to do anything about the boy in his class, but you can certainly teach your other kids how wrong it is to laugh at and tease people with disabilities.
