Try self hypnosis and meditation. The reason that most people stutter is anxiety. You are worried that you are going to stutter. Normally when you get the first word out, it’s off to the races.But take a breath or hum the first word. Then gradually combine the sentence.Say no more than 4 or 5 words then come to a complete pause. Then repeat. Read out loud from a book an hour a day. Let your brain hear fluency from your lips.
