My stuttering started when I was 7 years old. I used to play Black Ops 1 for about half a day. A year ago, I read about mindfulness and its benefits and how it helps with focus, not getting distracted, and mental clarity. I thought that stuttering goes up and down when you’re distracted, when you’re doing a lot of quick sensing, like TikTok, Snapchat, and online gaming. So I stopped doing that for 3-4 days and practiced mindfulness, meditation, and silence throughout the day, it reduced my stuttering by 30% to be honest I still stutter but it’s gotten better than before and when I went back to playing video games and TikTok it didn’t get worse so I think if you practice mindfulness and improve your stuttering it won’t get worse if you go back to video games and TikTok etc. best regards
