If I may offer a piece or two of advice? First and foremost. Don't go looking for a confrontation. Especially at work. Tell the coworker that you'd prefer they don't joke about your stuttering. Don't assume ill intent on their part. Chances are they will apologize or tell you they didn't mean anything by it. Give the "fake stutter" thing some further consideration. It sounds like a bad idea to me.
