Dont stress yourself too much. You never knew what would actually happened but you already know that the worst case is you peer laughing at you. Being laughed at is embrassing but not gonna actually hurt you. Confidence is the key I would actually have your parents talk to the teacher if you are being bullied for stammering. Once you get order they laugh will be less common because people learn how to deal with things properly. People who still laughs at you for stammer are dicks. I am 28 now, and I think I have only been laughed at for stuttering once in the past 15 years. ( I punched that one guy, which i don't recommend. )
