For people with psychological stuttering (if you don’t stutter alone but tend to stutter only when in social situations) it’s possible to fix your stuttering but it’s going to take a super long time and consistent amounts of effort with exposure therapy and that involves exposing yourself to situations that you usually avoid because of your stutter.
