What gives you the hardest time with your stuttering?

What gives you the hardest time with your stuttering? I just discovered this subreddit recently. I've stuttered for as long as I can remember. Through high school and college, I had managed to get it mostly under control. Now, however, I have started a new job and moved to a new place. This has caused my stutter to blow up. I find that when I have the most trouble is when trying to introduce myself. No matter how fluent of a day in having, the minute I try to say my name, nothing comes out. Does anyone else experience this? How do you deal with it? What gives everyone else the most trouble when it comes to stuttering?
