Sadly a lot of introducing yourself. This is my senior year in college and the first day is always a nightmare for me. Sometimes I don’t even show up to the first day of class to avoid it. In one of my psych classes we had to go around and say our name and major and why we were going for that. I am majoring in speech pathology because of my stutter. And telling an entire class my story would’ve made me sooo uncomfortable and crying, I left the class because the anxiety I was getting of having to do that was tooooo much. I sent my professor and email and he was very understanding. Ice breakers are hard with a stutter, but we can’t avoid all introductions!!!! How will we ever make friends?! You can do it! It’s rough but remember to breathe!!! :) goodluck!
