Speech therapy student here, and if you're willing, I'd really appreciate your input! Hi r/stutter! As I said, I'm a speech therapy student. I have a high interest in stutter/stammer/fluency therapy and interventions, but I need a lot more information. Finding therapies and high functioning adults (such as your fantastic selves) are hard to find. What I'm looking for is just an open dialogue. What are your personal therapy treatments, what has worked for you, what hasn't, and what types of proposed therapies you would be willing to try. Ideally, I'd really to speak or text through Skype. Specifically, I'm also looking for anyone who has had experience in voice/singing lessons or hippotherapy (horses) in addition to speech therapy, whether or not these were helpful, and why. Thank you for any help and insight you're willing to provide!! Additionally, I'm more than happy to answer questions about my program and what I'm studying.
