Hi spuddingdrunk, I must have missed this comment. I'm really sorry about that. Regarding what to look for when you're 50, 60 and 70 and stuttering. I think that may be a valid concern, but why not work on mitigating that performance anxiety now? When do you get the most anxious? Is it when talking to strangers? Family? Then ask yourself why it stresses you out and gives you performance anxiety. See if that helps give a little direction. There's no reason to wait 20, 30 or 40 years when you can just do it now. I haven't fully accepted my stutter, it's always at the back of my mind, but being here helps me because I get to see how lucky to be where I am in my life. It gives me a chance to chime in and think about different topics that people bring up. I've never meditated, but I really want to pick up meditation and yoga. I will have to try it, and since I've wanted to, I have no reason to delay it. Thank you!
