Honestly the more comments you get, the easier it is to deal with. I’m comfortable with how I talk, and I don’t take shit from customers. I’m a pretty big guy and was working the cash register, some customer was causing a fuss and kept telling me to talk normal. I got from behind the cash register and got in his face. I towered over him and just kept saying “the fuck did you say to me”. Thankfully my manager understands and didn’t care I reacted. Don’t let anyone walk over you, that’s probably the best thing I’ve ever done for myself
