Totally. Then what gets me is the anger, the anger I have towards myself if I stutter anyway after hours of forethought and the anger towards the person I'm stuttering at if they laugh or, worse, don't understand me and make me repeat the whole process. It's something I constantly try to work on controlling because being angry all the time is worse than stuttering in my opinion, but usually that just builds into the anxiety. Rinse and repeat. Ugh sorry for the negative post, but it does feel good to write it out.
