You do have those freedoms. But you need to *exercise* those freedoms. It's hard work. I'm not even remotely suggesting that it's easy. Any limits or restraints you feel are those you choose to accept. The next time you're feeling handcuffed, ACT! Just do it once today. Just one time. Then make a point of doing it every day. And twice a day. You'll have failures. But you'll also have success. Make sure you recognize your success. Keep exercising. You'll be healthier for it.
