Are you able to see a speech therapist? They can only do so much. I know that at your age it can be very difficult. Kids can be cruel and teachers can be insensitive. I did a lot in college to overcome my stutter and actually became a quite accomplished public speaker, but since then it has come back and made aspects of my life very difficult.
