Exposure therapy, my friend. I’ve gotten heavily into the medical field lately (nursing school & taking different workforce programs- Phlebotomy,CNA, EMT, etc) that all forced me into social interactions. It’s nerve wrecking. But it helps. It’s harder to voluntarily be social, but when you make a commitment, that forces you to, as I said, it definitely helps.
