I have nothing positive to say about Lee Lovett. For all his advertising of a "cure" for stuttering, you will still have a stutter; you will just put in more effort to hide it. I've read half of this book, I've been to their meetings; Lee still has a stutter and so all of his followers, they can't just admit it because they're too personally (and financially) invested in his cult. His idea of "neuroplasticity" is absurd because he has *zero* background and zero respect for academic research. His "neuroscience method" is just reciting affirmations, and he has no sources for how reciting affirmations will change your brain. Other than that, if you're curious about his recommendations you can find most of his content online for free, without having to give him any money. On a personal note, his followers have left about a dozen 1-star reviews on my book simply because we have the same last name. I never said anything critical about him until his people essentially started slandering me. (He is so crazy that he -- seriously -- thinks that someone paid me to publish a book under my name.) He's not a good guy, he's not part of the stuttering community, he is out for himself. He wants more followers for his cult, and his followers want to feel like his advice works, when in reality it will only increase your shame without affecting your fluency.
