How can I accommodate my new hire

How can I accommodate my new hire Hi. I recently hired someone with a stammer/stutter to my team. I want to make their workplace as accommodating as possible. They gave a great interview, and they are incredibly smart, so I don’t want to loose them by not giving them the right environment. Is it worth saying something to them on their first day? Or would highlighting it be embarrassing? Thank you in advance.
