I’ve been prescribed propranolol 40mg and self medicated phenibut 500mg-2g. In my personal experience propranolol subtly helps with physical symptoms of anxiety and phenibut works differently depending on the dosage kinda like kratom. At a higher dose it gives a sedating body high and deep sleep while lower doses are stimulating and often compared to microdosed psychedelics or low dose amphetamines.
