I mean like fluent people sometimes stutter when they're nervous, that's a real thing. That's different than having a stutter though, and iirc Quirrel was characterized has having a stutter. It's not great representation, because the stutter was obviously meant to play into his untrustworthiness, but I didn't think it was super terrible.
