Exactly! I hate seeing ads targeted at me for a "stuttering cure". For many of us, there is no cure and we just need to learn to deal with it. It's not about learning not to stutter, it's about learning to deal with it gracefully! I started speech therapy when I was 5 and my issue is genetic. There's no cure but there is hope in learning how to deal with it.
