This may not be the most helpful advice, but I can 100% relate to your feelings. However, this was over 10 years ago for me. So my advice for you is to just push through. Just get through it. School is NOT forever, in fact, it goes by very, very fast. Plus, this is your last semester. When you’re older, you won’t even remember your anxiety in this moment (unless you are scrolling Reddit and happen to come across a situation that you relate to lol). I was so fearful of ice breakers, reading out loud, having to introduce myself or scared that people would think I’m weird. But I guess I did it, right? I don’t remember any horrific moments and time moved on, just like it always does. You will be okay. Enjoy your senior year the best you can!
