I don't think you understand what i'm saying. I'm merely saying to keep an open mind. Keep the dialogue open and contribute to the discussion--that's why i asked for your opinion-- is putting more tools into the tool kit. I don't understand people like you who put your science hats instead of arguing your point and keeping the discussion moving. Ironically, it reminds me of Bible thumpers who when you argue to prove if God is real they will say it's because "the bible says so". In this instance, you just say "scientific research says so". It's not just Reddit, it's in every stuttering forum. That is how progress is done-- through discourse. Not a "nope this is wrong" mentality then discussion goes DEAD. I want people to talk more about their experiences and most importantly their IDEAS, but it rarely happens. Stick to the research--wait for the "experts" to find the solution. They're doing an impeccable job so far. I've literally meet researchers doing high precision stuff at SickKids Hospital in Toronto during a study yet if you chat with them they shrug their shoulders about the direction of stuttering research. It's moving in a snail like pace that makes the legal system look like the express train.
